Framed in the original Ebonised frames with gilt borders.

An early series of these rare antique prints. Showing the top hatted huntsmen in rich scarlet handing their horses with consummate ease. Unfortunately this doesn’t prevent them returning home covered in mud in the pouring rain!

There are 4 plates .

1/The Right sort doing the right thing.

2/Afternoon. A few of the right sort that have done the thing.

3/Some of the right sort doing the thing well.

4/The right sort having almost done the thing.

The plates them selves in overall good condition for the age. A little foxing spots in places but nothing noticeable. The frames have some loss of the paint around the black borders where it has flaked away and loss of the gilt border, marks to the frame etc .This really adds to the country house look of the pictures we feel but they could be reframed if you wished. We love them just as they are.

Fabulous for a sporting venue maybe or anyone interested in old hunting and sporting memorabilia.
