Chinese Kangxi Blue White Porcelain Double Happiness Marriage Ginger Jar 18th C

A fabulous large ginger jar.

Carrying the traditional double happiness sign often a gift at a wedding for long life and happiness.

The jar carries a double circle mark to the base. Good colour and form with no damage to the jar. The lid however is cracked but still serves its purpose.

Measures 26 cm high x 20 cm diameter approximately.
