Antique Old Sheffield Plate Repousse Candlesticks.
A fabulous large pair of Georgian candlesticks.
Early old Sheffield plate with fabulous repoussé work to the stems and around the base.
Quite unusual and very impressive candlesticks that would have been a much used item in a Georgian home.
They are in good overall condition for their age but with lots a wear to the silver plate that shows the copper base. It gives a stunning look and feel to these and they would be a real statement piece on a table.
Great country house appeal.
