Peter A. Kotka (born 1951) is a self-taught British artist who began painting in 1979 and became a professional artist in 1983. His work is influenced by the Dutch 17th-century masters. According to the accompanying biography, his paintings have been exhibited in the UK and United States, and he is listed in Artists in Britain Since 1945.
