A lovely oil on Board pairing circa 1960.

An artists study painted in the studio showing an elegant lady reclining on a covered couch. The artist has captured her gazing down in a sophisticated way totally relaxed in her surroundings. Her hair epitomises the period and her bright red nail varnish and fingernails provide a stark contrast to the warmth of her skin.

Artists initial lower left which looks to be ag but it’s quite difficult to make out.

Painted on board and framed in a simple wooden frame again circa 1960. Entitled Pamela verso.
