Tearful Pug Charcoal Orginal Drawing M Kemp.
A fabulous original charcoal drawing of a tearful pug.
The little fella has been in the wars somewhat and has a bandage over one side of his face which is a little swollen ! Perhaps he’s had a tooth ache or been stung by a wasp ? Only the artist knows the true story here.
Beautifully painted and dating from the early 20th century.
Nicely framed in an Edwardian oak frame under glass.
A little age relating toning to the paper but overall very nice. Some age related wear to the old oak frame but perfectly fine to hang as it is. Indistinctly signed lower right.
Measures 46 x 40 cm approximately
