A Pair Of 19th Century Girondele Mirrors.

We are really excited to be able to offer these beautiful mirrors for sale.

Superb quality Continental 19th century both with the original glass.

Wooden frames with hand carved decoration at the top of each mirror the scones surrounded by decorative reliefs in plaster and gesso.

Overall very good condition with just some loss of plaster at the bases and cracks to the decoration but overall excellent for their age. Some gentle foxing to the glass which only adds to their appeal.

Beautiful to see a pair that have been together for over 100 years.

Each mirror is 51 cm long x 34 cm full width.
