Italian Hearth dogs "Wally Dogs"

A pair of Italian hearth dogs.

This beautiful pair are made in Italy with a stamp to the base circa 1940.

They are not original Staffordshire pieces but made after the original 19th Century ones.

They have a real sense of Italian sophistication about them and are very graceful, not so chunky as their English cousins. They have very pretty pink collars as opposed to the usual gold ones seen on The 19th Century ones and slimmer faces.

They are in super condition and add a real touch of glamour to a room.

Each one is 32 cm high x 23 cm wide x 10 cm deep
