French louis XV style gilt salon chair

Antique Louis XV style french gilt boudoir chair.

A very pretty little French salon chair. 19th Century in good solid condition.

Wooden frame with gesso finish.

Good overall condition some loss of paint as would be expected which gives this chair a fantastic look.

The seat was originally cane and has now been replaced with a wooden panel upholstered in blue and gold satin which suits the chair perfectly. The last image shows the underside of the seat.

82 cm high to the seat back x 42 cm wide.

Seat height is 40 cm
