19th Century Staffordshire Highland Figure On Horseback.
A Handsome 19th century equestrian Staffordshire porcelain Scottish Highlander hunter on horseback. The bearded gentleman is depicted seated on his horse and one with a successfully hunted deer. Dressed in traditional kilts and robes with hat. Mounted to oval base with a faint craquelure finish and remnants of gilt trim.
Beautifully modelled with super faces to the horse. Remarkable condition for the age no repairs.
Dimensions: 25 cm wide x 36 cm high x 8 cm deep approximately.
Circa: Mid 19th Century/England
Condition: Excellent,wear consistent with age and use. Age appropriate wear and faded gilt trim.
