A Lovely Leather Covered 19th Century Coaching Trunk.
A fabulous example of an early 19th Century coaching trunk. Consisting of a pine dome shaped trunk covered in animal hide for protection from the elements. Quite remarkable condition for its age.
Iron handles to each and and lock in the centre. These would have been used for travelling in the early 19th Century and used upon horse drawn carriages.
They make great storage today and also look amazing on vintage cars etc or as a brilliant film prop !
