A stunning original oil painting by the well regarded English artist Ian E Smith.

Ian was born born in Oxford in 1944 then raised in South London. From an Early age he found painting and Drawing simply magical.

Ian studied painting ,drawing ,pottery and wood carving while at school in Tulse Hill and progressed to further education and art at the Camberwell School of Art. John Cass Art School in the city of London. Regent Street Polytechnic for advertising and design. Southend School of Art for life classes.

He also studied pottery in various London institutes.

Working in oil acrylic, pen and wash ,pencil and mixed media Ian has exhibited at various Beecroft open exhibitions at the Beecroft art gallery Southend on Sea . He had also exhibited at Alexander Palace London and many more prestigious exhibitions.

Ian‘s work including special commissions can be found in many collections in the UK and abroad
